Craft Spinning
It comes with an easy to adjust single drive flyer design and the whorl is easily changeable for different speeds/ratios. The Fantasia balances Kromski's old-world craftsmanship with a fresh modern vibe. Fantasia wheels are lightweight and low-maintenance. Available in a delightful range of finishes, from limited edition colors to the "Eco" which made from a mix of unusually-grained woods so each wheel is truly as unique as the person spinning and the yarns you'll create!
To change the bobbins the front of the flyer simply pulls off - no drive band to deal with and all Kromski bobbins fit the Fantasia.
The flyer itself is held on by a super-strong rare earth magnet but easily releases with a snug pull, granting instant access to the bobbin. The flyer, bobbin and whorl are three separate components, allowing uncomplicated bobbin and whorl exchanges. Because the flyer and wheel rotate on sealed ball bearings, spinning on this wheel is smooth, quiet and effortless.
This wheel also features sliding flyer hooks, which enables the spinner to precisely adjust the yarn as the bobbin fills. The Fantasia has three interchangeable whorls available, allowing for multiple spinning speeds/ratios and giving the spinner a wide variety of yarn types to create.
Available in a range of finishes. Comes with 3 bobbins, threading hook, oil bottle, elastic drive band, and attached bobbin holder. Ratios, standard 5 and 8:1; (optional 10 and 14:1, 18 and 20:1).
