This sweater is knitted in one piece beginning from the neck edge, and flares out gently. An easy to make masterpiece in your favorite worsted to light bulky weight yarn. The basic A-line shape really shines in a multicolored or self-striping yarn. You'll want one for every season!
Sizes: x-small, small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large
Finished measurements:
Chest- 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52) inches
Length- 26 (26, 26½, 26½, 27, 27) inches
Materials: medium to heavy worsted weight yarn
approx. 1,200 (1,350; 1,460; 1,550; 1,675; 1,800) yds.
29 inch circular needles sizes 9 and 8; 16 inch circular needles sizes 9 and 8; double point needles sizes 9 and 8
or sizes required to get the gauge.
Scrap yarn, stitch markers, 6 to 10 buttons.
Gauge: using the larger needles in stockinette st,
16 sts equal 4 inches.
